Jay KISSINGER

Jay Kissinger (né Schlesinger) founded T-Regs Consulting Ltd in 2019 to provide specialist support in laboratory informatics, computerised system validation and GxP compliance for the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.
A laboratory scientist by training and a CSV and laboratory informatics specialist by practice, Jay has over a decade of experience working in regulated environments spanning forensic toxicology, regulatory bioanalysis and pharmaceutical manufacturing. His background includes roles as a GLP Study Director, laboratory informatics system owner and independent consultant, providing a practical understanding of the systems, data and processes that underpin modern laboratories.
Prior to establishing T-Regs Consulting Ltd, Jay was responsible for the validation, administration and lifecycle management of laboratory informatics platforms including Waters NuGenesis and Sciex Analyst, leading activities such as system upgrades, data migration, periodic review and inspection readiness within GxP-regulated environments.
Since 2019, he has supported pharmaceutical manufacturers, CROs and laboratory software vendors with laboratory informatics implementations, computerised system validation, data integrity initiatives and digital transformation projects. His work spans the full system lifecycle, from requirements definition and validation planning through to deployment, operation and retirement.
Jay holds an MSc in Analytical Toxicology from King's College London and is a member of the Royal Society of Chemistry (MRSC), the Association for Project Management (MAPM) and the Research Quality Association (MRQA). He is also a PRINCE2 Practitioner and a Waters-certified NuGenesis SDMS and LMS Administrator.
